Kasun:

Adopting detailed process procedures for mixing concrete or any other repeated process will help to ensure that each batch of material comes out the same.

This is especially important were the input materials or the environmental conditions may be different from batch to batch or time to time. Having establish procedures will allow you to easily and effectively modify those procedures to achieve the results you desire with minimum wasted effort and/or material.

One of the key components is an understanding was to what is expected at each step in process so modifications to the process can be affected as necessary.
