This new feature allows members to interact with fellow engineers by posting and answering questions and puzzles. Unlike typical forums, the new Ask@ENGINEERING.com feature allows members to use email to submit their questions and receive answers in addition to online posting. "The goal of the Ask@ENGINEERING.com service is to give the online engineering community a way to get answers to specific questions in the shortest amount of time," said John Hayes, President of ENGINEERING.com.
